Release Schedule of The Math Map

The Math Map is a classical, Christian math curriculum in development by Leigh Bortins and a dedicated team. The curriculum will span all levels from abecedarians to Challenge IV and provide families with a clear path toward mastery of key mathematical concepts while integrating the study of math with other curricular areas, all centered on knowing God more.

In August of 2022, Classical Conversations made a beta version of some materials available to subscribers of CC Connected as a hospitable invitation to the math conversation, introducing college notation at a kindergarten level. 

These materials were released with the intention of preparing parents and tutors for the launch of the full curriculum. Parents may use these materials with their families - at the parent's discretion and with the understanding that they are unsupported, beta materials.

In April of 2024, we launched TMM Complex domain as a part of the Challenge A community. We also have TMM Digits, Naturals, and Fractions available to subscribers of CC Connected.

Also in April of 2024, we launched TMM Companion - a digital extension of the curriculum providing digital links to the printed curriculum as well as digital resources such as videos, detailed explanations, and a solution manual style answer key with step-by-step instructions.

The Math Map team is as anxious as you to see the full launch of the curriculum! We do not want to promise full availability until we are certain that we will meet the deadlines. We are proceeding with pilot programs, outside reviews, and lots of hard work to get the curriculum to you as quickly as we can, and want to ensure that the product you receive is one that equips and encourages and is the best product that we can release.
